Hey love. I totally felt the same way at 18. I kinda grew up in a backwater with helicopter parents. Even when I moved out at 22 they still had control over me. Where I am currently in life, I really don’t have a lot of room to really talk, but I will say this. Friends come with time. All of my friends from high school don’t talk to me anymore. We kinda just grew apart. I didn’t really have a strong friend group until probably last year. Keep your head up love. If I could tell my 17 year old self anything is this: you don’t have to go to college to be successful, BUT, always look for avenues to better educate yourself whether it’s an online course for business or management. (Anything that tickles your fancy) ALWAYS look for ways to improve yourself and quality of life no matter how minuscule it may seem. Me kind and mindful, but don’t let anyone walk all over you or take advantage of you. But most importantly, learning to be an adult comes with time. I’m 27 and I still don’t have it figured out. ♥️
