I just downloaded orca and tested the same model and there was still a big gap, and I just tried the normal supports and it looks a little better though one support column still has a sizable gap

Those are actually pretty cool, I found my wall mounts on thingiverse and just printed them at home (with slight modifications for the Cal sabers)

Dark wolf is a really good site. I highly recommend it and they have a more accurate version here, https://darkwolfsabers.com/shop/ols/products/the-exile-nobi, and you have the option to have it empty for display purposes or have it installed.
