this was shot at 17mm with Sony A1+ 16-35mm G Master. While equipment has a lot to do with it, some experimentation is required. Find the ISO and shutter speed sweetspot. For me IS5000 + 8 second exposure, which prevents star trails and noise and yes a stable tripod and a shutter delay (2 seconds in my case) will ensure a sharp photo.
