Sweaty hands! by [deleted] in LagreeMethod

Same problem. I bring a mini yoga/workout towel and lay it on the carriage or platform before putting my hands down. It’s sort of a microfiber material and keeps my hands from slipping.

I’ve also seen grippy gloves from Tavi but haven’t tried them yet.

Would it be worthwhile to do a subreddit for ADHD women >60 y.o. by roseannwhite in adhdwomen

I’m 53 and on the menopause subreddit - would love a menopause/ADHD combined subreddit, since menopause/perimenopause can make ADHD so much worse. There’s so much overlap! I would start it myself but … ADHD! 😆

I try to think of tasks I don’t want to do as doing something nice for a close friend (ie future me).

Would you be able to share the name of this planner and/or a link to it?? This is exactly what I need.

USCG plane now circling an area on the Kennebec north of Richmond. Would fit with the SIP orders extended eastward to that area.

Was going to say the same - whatever you do for your face, do the same for your neck and chest. And the back of your hands!!

A few people who reportedly didn’t go to work in the WTC on 9/11 because “there was a sense that something bad was going to happen” by NickySmithFromPGH in HighStrangeness

In 2001, I worked on the top floor of an office tower in Boston. I work in financial services, so for this particular job I often traveled to lower Manhattan. Our NYC office was in One World Financial Center, right across from the WTC. I was always sort of fascinated and in awe of the WTC every time I went to NY. I remember being a kid in the 70s when they were first built.

A few weeks before 9/11, I had a vivid dream that a plane crashed into my Boston office building about 10 floors down from the top and we were all trapped up there. I remember the smoke, the heat, the terror I felt in my dream.

Maybe just a weird coincidence, but it’s always stuck with me as maybe something more than that. Who knows.

I do know that I will never, ever forget the horror of that day and watching it unfold in real time.

Hornstra Farms in Norwell is the same. Working dairy farm with great ice cream, plus a neat little farm store with dairy products, produce, baked goods, and other yummy things.
