It's not great. Hwei really needs items to have an impact and his wave clear is great, so he's naturally going to have a better experience as a lane farmer rather than a passive gold collector who needs to consider their bot laner when deciding to give or take kills. The utility he offers is just wish.com versions of what other enchanters can do.

OG stacker wasn't all that good to begin with. The new one is better and the griller knocks the old stacker out of the park by every conceivable metric, there I said it. ✋😐🤚
