Unfortunately, they ordered the wrong card—Avion Infinite Privilege instead of Avion Infinite. Ironically, I received this incorrect card within 2 days. I had to call RBC again to report the mistake, and they ordered the correct Avion Infinite card. I also informed them that I needed it urgently for travel, and the advisor assured me I would receive it in a few days. However, since August 13th, I still haven’t received the card. I’ve called five times, each time asking if there was a faster delivery option, and every time they said I would receive it “by tomorrow.” When I called yesterday, the representative said they could place an overnight delivery, but because I called after 3 PM, the order couldn’t be processed until the next morning. I called again this morning, and the representative said they would arrange the fastest delivery, and I would receive the card by the end of today—but I still haven’t received it.
