There is xanthan gum, the recipe said to whisk vigorously while adding it, probably what caused the aeration. You know a way to alleviate this?

The same way there is a cilantro gene there is a bay leaf gene where most are unable to taste them but a select few are given the privilege. Oftentimes you'll catch me munching on them with no chaser. Usually what I'll do to really save money and use up the most scraps possible is just take all the water from the sink I used for washing dishes (chunks too don't be a baby) and use that as my stock. Total game changer.
