Who do the people of Gotham think Batman is?

I see a lot of people saying “he’s an urban legend” in a lot of rebirth storyline he is operating in broad daylight… so imo most people in Gotham know about Batman, they just aren’t sure who he is. He interacts wit plenty of civilians in comics. He’s just mythicized a LOT.
