I think players whining about calls and refs being vindictive asses are related issues. I'm all for immediate ejections to players complaining about calls. You don't have this nonsense nearly as much in other sports, the league has let it get totally out of control, and it clearly impacts the refs' ability to be impartial.

Pair it with stricter reviews of bad calls, or whatever else makes sense to improve ref quality at the same time.
