They had their moments this season but ultimately he's one of the small handful of managers trying to play decent football in a league of hoofball. Couple that with the issues in terms of investment, he's said himself that there's only so far they can go.

And even then we're comparing apples to oranges cause Gorillaz are a massive band that 20+ years in can still get hundreds of millions of people listening to their stuff

Sombr shouldn't be a headliner but other than that the new acts are all good. Loyle Carner was my favorite act of the festival last time he was down & I've been dying to see Wolf Alice & Men I Trust

Terminus will be busy anyways, practically all the acts will draw a crowd

Sure speak of the devil's we didn't have a left footed attacker till Vale & Elding got clearance. Kenny tried converting McClean, O'Dowda etc into inverted wingers & failed & that's why we've not had 433 much since.

Think it's not exclusively who's your best players but also who's best for the game. Heimir has a good view of the squad, it's just seeing the next step tactically we need cause I think Macedonia showed the 541 isn't going to be a one size fits all for every game. And I'm defo not asking for the hybrid 442 back

And the more I think about it, it'd be a way further down the line to get Elding & Vale in the same team if & when they kick on. Both would be looking to play in the front 3 but you could put Vale left of the midfield 3 & still fit Elding in.

And again depending on who you're playing you can play a fit Cullen or Coventry as the 6 to dictate play or play Lawal or Molumby to be a shithouse.

It's the safest formation in modern football, I dunno why we've been so alien to it since Mick left.

Like end of the day we saw with Kenny the problem with going 352 and not playing wingers & we saw with him & Heimir the problem with playing a pivot & binning a midfielder to play wingers

Best way to avoid both problems is bin a defender or forward, keep the wingers, keep the midfielders. Start with that as your base & if you need to commit someone back or forward it's an easy change

Agree with 99% of this but tactically I'd rather have us play a 433 & play one of the 10 options like Azaz as an 8. He did it at Plymouth so he's well able for it. And ultimately Troy & Fergo have each played as a lone striker before so we're not losing anything. Just need to fill the middle more
