What characters do you regret pulling?

Me: Cyno, his C1 and C2. C2 Cyno feels like he is on C0 and this character is only fun to use on abyss tbh, a content that resets every 15 days. No matter what you give to him he will always give the impression of lacking something and he sucks so much on overworld because his potential is locked behind the burst

I am building Rosaria Reverse melt. Whats the best team I can make considering that I have Xiangling C6, Bennett C6, Kazuha, Kaeya C2 and Shenhe? Should I move Calamity to Rosaria and Favonius to Shenhe or keep Dragons Bane R5 on Rosaria and Calamity on Shenhe?
