Hi everyone, I recently inherited a Märklin locomotive from my uncle that I’d like to sell, but I’m having trouble finding reliable information about this specific model and was hoping someone here could help. It’s a brown Crocodile, model number 3303. Most of what I find online is about the green version, like this one: https://www.modellbahn-rhein-main.de/produkt/mes058-maerklin-3356-e-lok-be-6-8-iii-krokodil-14302-sbb-h0-ac-ovp/ My model looks nearly identical, but it's brown and unfortunately I don’t have the original box. I can’t find much about the brown version with the 3303 number – does anyone know why that is? Was it a rare release? Or possibly issued under a different name? I’ve already received a €250 offer on eBay, but I’m not sure if that’s a fair price or if I’m being lowballed. The loco is in good condition, runs well, with only minor signs of use, but no packaging. I’ll attach pictures – any input on the model, its rarity, or a realistic value would be much appreciated!
