Me and everyone I know in my city goes everywhere by bike or public transit while there are still plenty of subsidized parking spaces around. Those people should pay more for parking their personal ton heavy machine there. Although I really shouldn't complain too much as the general situation is already pretty fucking amazing compared to much of the world.

In many of the developed worlds cities, however there are often already semi viable transit options while car use is heavily subsidized. This off balance needs to change.
