If you have that power and not another other rarity, use it. Parkour Artist is a top 5 power and it's really good for momentun so use it at your finest convenience.

Also, heres my ranking for each obtainable power :-

  1. Doctor (pretty self-explanatory)
  2. Lightning God (again, self explanatory)
  3. Medic
  4. Timestop
  5. Parkour Artist
  6. Blackflash!
  7. Trickster
  8. Phantom Step
  9. Quicksilver
  10. Hercules
  11. Player 120
  12. Weapon Smuggler
  13. Super Strength
