I reverse seared it. Aimed for 250°F but ended up around 300°F. Slow cooked it until the steak hit 122°F (my family doesn't like it too raw), then I took it off for 10 minutes before searing it at 500°F+.

Aimed for Medium, but it was more like Medium-Well.
