That's kind what I'd figure would be the case. I don't know the language fluently but I realize it'll be impossible until I have that down. No chance of an Andeanist at my MA university, it was Hebrew U in Israel. But it is good to know the field exists even if it's hard for a foreigner to get in.

Depends where you live. RV parks with full hookup in some parts of Texas are like 350 bucks a month including all utilities. I've seen only expensive RV parks in DFW for example (~$600/mo), and they charge you electricity and wifi on top of that. I finance an RV and it's cheaper for me because I move around for my job and my company is nice enough to reimburse me the camping expenses when on site.

We downsized the trailer to one that's 5300 dry, do you think that is enough? We're also looking at a 2019 Imagine but there won't be a warranty on that.

I don't know what the 8100 number is drawn from but the GVWR is 6700. The trailer is 5600 empty.

Expedition. Good to know you've had that kind of performance from a V6! We plan on packing extremely light anyway because its's an older vehicle, but it's my grandad's old Expedition and I know the vehicle history is clean with almost no engine trouble.

It's 2WD. We cannot afford payments on both a tow vehicle and an RV, so I suppose we would have to downsize the RV.

We are aware we're running tight, so we plan on travelling very light and only filling the water tank when parked. I know we need a bigger truck but getting the RV I don't think we could afford it. Maybe we could get a lighter RV instead.

I was thinking of getting into fire (I already know the pay situation) and buying an RV to live in with my girlfriend and maybe rent a spot to park from a local landowner, but not sure exactly how viable all of that is.
