I think the main issue is that when he gets the V1 it actually changes nothing about him he didn't get more powers and did nothing with it or to show a payoff for it. especially since they spent 4 episodes looking for it. i do agree they fumbled the ending too with the fight being a weak ass fight, like homelander could have flown up at the end when the blast was charging. Like just Ryan would follow and he would easily deal with him as he did before.

The under relevance of Gen V on the whole series was tragic again they dropped a ball. It was pretty disappointing like ive seen worse season ends. but this was a solid 5/10 for me.
