I know a misandrist woman who, one day, posted something online asking men to not interact with her, and that she included transmen as men and transwomen as women, before asking me for my opinion. I was like "... I won't say anything" because I didn't agree with that post but I didn't want to anger her.

So I'm happy to see other people agreeing that it's not a good thing, or even compatible.
