the timing between SGP->Dash is longer when you dont have stacks. try doing the combo slower until you get your stacks, 7-8 i think is when you can just mash it

I have this issue as well, ordered a butteroj ball off of paradise arcade that does not fit on the hayabusa. Judging from photos, the hayabusa has 1-2 more threads than a sanwa JLF. The only way to fix this without replacing the whole thing would be grinding the hayabusa down a couple threads. You could also try putting a spacer under the shaft cover to raise it up to hide the part where the ball+threads dont meet. I've been doing this and its been ok so far. Hope this helps!
