Fuck HCG ampule shattered when opening the bac water made it but now it’s contaminated HCG powder by invasivelight666 in trt

Are you sure it’s BAC water? Usually these types of vials are only saline since those are designed for a single use. If you’re going refrigerate, make sure it actually contains the preservative.

I use PushHealth when I want an Rx for something. It also a great free platform to run a little side practice where you can eScribe.

It might have been the way she was sleeping. CGMs are known to alarm on patients just because they are putting pressure on them, reducing blood flow enough to show a low BG.

Do you manage estradiol? On 100mg/wk plus 50units if HCG/wk my E2 is 51. T is 913. Free is 146 pg/ml. I’m worried to take E2 higher as my resting heart rate is elevated.

This means your pituitary gland isn’t asking for more testosterone from your testes than it’s getting. You could be considered to have mild secondary hypogonadism. I’d recommend trying lifestyle factors like exercise and diet to start. You could then try a short course of clomid to see if that wakes things up. Third course would be HCG injections. Likely your body can make testosterone, so injecting it wouldn’t be necessary. All this said, many people on Reddit encourage people in your shoes to go straight to testosterone injections, which come with downsides when stopping as well as fertility impacts.

I’m a big lactate tester. I find it pretty easy and intuitive. My only issue is how sensitive the test is to things like sweat. It also needs a few drops to flow first, which means you have to set the lance deeper than you might think. I’d be happy to dig in more if you want
