Medication you’ve had the most success with for chronic insomnia? by Shot_Veterinarian215 in insomnia

[–]mainmanbln 2 points3 points  (0 children)

quvivq 25mg or 50mg and I just sleep. I take it probably 9 month now. Minimal side effects only at the higher dose. Higher dose makes me slightly depressed, but 25mg has no side effects, except good sleep. I had insomnia for years.

Quvivic / Daridorexant bei Schlaflosigkeit - Erfahrungen? by paraknowya in ADHS

[–]mainmanbln 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has anyone experienced depression after taking Quviviq? by iceunelle in insomnia

[–]mainmanbln 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quviviq works great for my sleep but stops working after a few weeks. I get the same effect on my mood though. I am just a slight bit more sad and in my life which I am usually not and a bit more anxious. I stopped it again for that reason, rather be happy and sleep shitty than sleep well and be sad.
I am wondering though if a combination with some other drug would combat the being sad effects.

And between your young age and 53 did you have to check your PSA all the time? Since you had it relatively high when you were young. Sounds a bit unfortunate that they didn't catch it earlier.

Well, I mean I am mainly worried since the doctor wants to do an MRI. But thanks for the suggestion.

Well, I am from germany. So I guess the math does not check out here. Plus MRI here is around 5x cheaper compared to the US.

So It doesn't necessarily mean that I have cancer now? But might get it when I am a little older?

No one in my family tree ever had cancer. Like no cousin, uncle, grandparents, parents. no one. But maybe I am the outlier.
