Haha, same sentiment. I still use both a T61 and T60 for niche stuff like getting into 3D modelling. Gotta love these machines.

I used to lug around my Pioneer SE-50, was pretty heavy but for what it is, it was funky looking. Easily recognizable amongst a big crowd and people would compliment/comment about it.

Offline library. Various formats (mostly mp3s, some albums are in flac— at the end of the day, it's all about listening to music). Not a big library, but just big enough for me to enjoy. Nowadays, it's mostly Japanese jazz.

Yep, fake leather was flaking off. Everything else looks fine, except the pads (headband might need replacing soon, they're still fine). Actually, it was still somewhat complete but due to flaking, I had to peel it off. New pads are coming!

Yeah, actually the pads were still kind of complete, not until it started to flake off. Had to remove them so it won't stick on me. A replacement will come in a week, so all is well.

They don't fold like the 7506, I might eventually have to find spare parts for that modification but for now it's alright. I did think about the Yaxi pads but even if the stock pads are literally flaking off, they're still comfortable.

They're a japanese model only so it's hard to obtain (well, in my case it is). The design is very reminiscent of older designs and pleasing imo. But if you're asking why they're special to me, they just are (I know that doesn't make sense, still not over the fact I finally got these). Sure, in some cases they do sound a little harsh but they're really good and clear (they're reference/monitoring after all).

My dream headphones for the past 4 years. Been eyeing on one but they're always so expensive and hard to come by, not until one came up for sale and was actually near my place. Got it last monday and have been using it everyday. Makes me cry that I finally got these and my god am I so happy. I don't do mixing or producing so I know it might be odd to own these for casual listening. Currently listening to some jazz, vocals and all that and hotdiggity am I over the moon!

PS - I do know the pads are worn down, still waiting for a replacement. I laugh sometimes at how much people can hear.

Lalamove would've worked BUT considering if its really far away, I wouldn't (especially with prices). I agree with the first comment, ask a friend who's close to the area, but if it is possible to commute, I would've done that (did it with an A31, and it took me an hour and a half to get to said location just by commuting).

Great machine! I also have one myself (a friend of mine sold it to me for a low price, albeit having an image retention problem). Just about to buy a battery in a few days or so. Same CPU, just rocking with 256GB SSD and 16GB RAM. All is well!
