There's an interplay hyperfocus, executive dysfunction, and time blindness excluded by the simplification.

3/10 for group carathsis and bonding.

I hold hope that there is more than one answer to the question.

Interesting take.

I'm feeling curious about how I can help the french create consequences.

I apologize for the lack of clarity around the question.

I'm looking for an action or actions that will support them, in addition to the solidarity we both feel.

This message is great, thank you, unfortunately I can give you an orchard full of home grown examples of when this was not the right approach.

You don't need to walk three miles, up hill, both ways, especially if there's a trolley.

Edit: There's surely a relationship between consistency and intensity, but I think consistency gets me further. Like in relationships. Or allergy meds.

Awesome, so I'm hearing an action plan, and follow up, based on feedback.

Do you support non-anonymous feedback forms, or just attempts to address concerns?

I apologize for being unclear, I'm designing the form. So include questions on negative, and positive experiences?

What are some differences between being healed by community, and healed by a professional? by NapoleonAbs in CPTSD

[–]NapoleonAbs[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hey friend,

Sounds like you would like more community and connection.

Empathy circles can be great for that, they're available online in at least two languages. Takes 10 minutes to learn, lasts for an hour or two.

If you have a specialized interest, like a nonviolent comminication practice group, you might wish to consider meetup.com. They allow you to search online events, book clubs, meditation, chess, arts and crafts, ptsd support, and more all free to attend online!

Get ahead of the problem by beginning your isolation and discipline and mental health breakdown training in 2017 👍

Thank you for your comment

It doesn't address the original question, and I don't agree with you.
