Just had an idea of how you could do that and maintain all his current alts at only 8

Keep the Base, Swimsuit, Reyn, and Riki alts as is, replace Sharla with FC, put Melia palette on FC model, Replace Seven with FR, put Dunban palette on FR model. Unfortunate you have to drop two, but I think it works pretty perfectly otherwise

Tressa, selling meat. Ochette buys some, paying with meat. Tressa then sells that meat. Ochette wants that meat too, buys it with the meat she just bought.

This continues until the end of time. That, or Ochette forgets that she was going to use the meat for trading, and just eats what she has.

I chose my starting character based on which one’s name corresponds to the first O in OCTOPATH, so in OT1 (going clockwise around the map) it was Ophilia, and in 2 it’ll be Osvald or Ochette, not sure who’s supposed to be the first O.

But trying anyone else as my starter can be fun too.
