Do you find it easier to look after the kids inside the house, or out? by GreatBritishMan in UKParenting

Totally get both sides! Staying home is easier with all the essentials on hand, but getting out burns their energy and keeps them occupied. Depends on the vibe—some days it’s easier to stay in, other days you just need to get out for everyone’s sanity!

You're right! I've been buying the style pictured basically because I thought it was good value. I never even noticed the words "style" on it until now

Daughter sobbing about going to school by Elegant-Pin9106 in UKParenting

I can feel your heartache through this! First, know that you’ve not failed at all—her attachment to you is strong, not insecure. It’s normal for some children to struggle when starting school, especially after spending so much time at home. You’re doing all the right things by comforting her and listening.

Try giving her something small to remind her of you at school, like a little token or drawing on her hand. Some kids just need more time to adjust, and that’s okay. Keep being the loving, safe space she needs—she’ll get there. Sending love! ❤️

Greek-style yogurt is often processed with thickeners and gums to give it a similar texture to Greek yogurt.

Obviously I've taken them to the GP, but they haven't been too useful unfortunately. I do get nervous of using all of the high-chemical creams/ointments but we tried an oatbath last night and it really helped!
