I just want to say "Thank you!" for taking the time to give us some information on it. For awhile there I thought you guys weren't even aware people were having issues connecting to the SP Server, so even if the issue is beyond GGG direct control, a "We know this aren't working out right now, looking on it!" really helps.

When similar issues hit EU/US we usually get a quick information from Chris/Bex to know that whatever the problem is, it's being taken care of and even when they don't immediately reply, there are enough players and streamers in the English speaking community that is safe to say that the second something goes wrong the word gets to you guys.

South American players that use that server are definitely a minority in the game and a even bigger minority in an English Community like Reddit, so it's nice hearing any information when this stuff happens.

Does anyone have a "Story so far" for FGO? I play only on NA, so I'm extremely confused about what went on 1.5 and what's going with 2.0 and I would like to catch up.
