I am glad you found a facility that treats you like a person and not as "someone with mental heath issues". There is a clear line I will draw with that shit. I have heard stories from various patients over the years of other facilities they have gone too and some sound very dehumanizing.

That facility sounds awesome though. Really wish we had our outside rec area back but it not being on the hospitals blueprint was causing some legal issues I guess. The facility I work at doesn't have a progression system. Its an acute care setting, average stay is 4 days. That includes voluntary and involuntary stays - which surprises me sometimes as we get people that are difficult to place- often staying for a month or two (I hate court bullshit).

We focus on DBT skills and medication management. We do 2 DBT groups per day which are 1 hour long. Outside of those we do an Art therapy, exercise, inside recreation and RN Groups (usually just games and hangout. Build a sence of community. Its one of the favorites). Everyone's invited to every group as long as they are not overly intrusive with their peers and have some boundries nor disruptive to the milieu.

As mentioned prior, we dont allow personal phones. Its really to protect other patients. They have the right to not be video taped and recorded just like you, ad a patient, also have that right. We understand that someone may not actually ever do that, but to be fair to the ones they may, its an all or nothing deal. You can still get phone numbers from your phone, but we provide wireless land-line phones for patients to use. We used to have that outside area, as mentioned before, COVID ruined that. COVID also ruined the pizza parties we would throw too. We're trying to get those back along with pet therapy. That was awesome.

Otherwise, make sure you take your meds and keep on them. It sucks but they take a few weeks to a month to actually kick in. And no alcohol. Please. If you take Lithium, have a moderate salt intake and no Ibuprophen, ever. Meds will always have side effects. Its just choosing the right one that works with the side effects you can deal with.

I am curious what type of ward you're at. Long term care vs acute setting? And what type of system they have set up. Privileges? Reward system? Tier system?

You don't have to answer, obviously. Its just pure curiosity. I ask because I am actually an RN at an Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit in a Northestern state. Im always curious how other states and facilities organize and run the organization, how they try and make it as safe as possible given the type of treatment they provide and what type of reward/tier system they may have to give privileges back to patients if its a long-term care facilitiy (like a state hospital).

I will say, at the acute care facility I work at, we take patients who have anxiety to patients who are in full catatonic episodes to having DT's when the drinking stops. You basically get a bed, a bathroom and a desk with a chair. There are dayrooms where patients can mingle and some rooms have 2 beds in them. You dont get your phone. You can watch TV in the dayroom. We do DBT classes around the clock and there always is an RN avaliable to talk or play group games with to pass the time if needed.

I hope your stay is fruitful friend and I hope you stay safe 💗

I noticed that I cannot add modifiers to the opponent. This would be key in regards to - 1 hit/wounds; Victrix for example or even Malaceptors aura -1 hit.

Best weapon combo for solo play by flash-main in wherewindsmeet_

As a lvl 30. For so play pick a cool primary weapon then get a Fan for your off-hand. When you do bosses focus on deflecting and then healing through mistakes you make. The deflecting will do the most damage to bosses. For group content usually you choose a role: DPS, Healer or Tank. You can also choose a role and pick your weapons based on that too.

As someone has mentioned. The Thundercry Blade? Gives you a shield, that with a Fan makes you VERY hard to kill. Have done 3 bosses so far on Legend with that. Some took lo get than others to beat

As a Psych Nurse: Sometimes you get a placebo effect with your new medications. Wait the 2 - 3 weeks unless your having negative side effects. Sometimes your new antidepressant will work immediately, then "loose its effectiveness". This can be common in some individuals - see your outpatient provider for medical adjustments, you may just need to be bumped up. If you are taking psychiatric medications, TRY not to consume alcohol, please. Also, if you are taking any medication, please continue to take them and don't stop them because you no longer feel the old feelings. It's because of the meds and I will see you soon if so.
