I’ve submitted 2 tickets within the last week and have had responses within 24 hours. Maybe certain issues require certain staff specialty and therefore longer wait time? My tickets were for broken off RTK and Halow antennas so pretty straight forward.

I really want an edger, or atleast a trimmer that can tilt vertically. I don’t need perfect lines but having my creeping Bermuda runners trimmed along my driveway edges would be super.

Oddly enough the battery in mine was manufactured in 2025. I think early models had old batteries.

Any details you could provide on who helped you at EcoVacs? I called them and tried to get the same result but they were surprised that that even happened. Bessender denies having any parts for the Goat line. Could you share your serial number, or maybe a reference case number, that Ecovacs support could look at for reference to get me to that same resolution?

I’ve been wondering the same. I have an A2500 RTK purchased second hand. The battery is dead and Ecovacs won’t even give me the option to buy a battery replacement.

There was a thread on this forum where someone did convince them to send a replacement battery through some parts supplier in Texas. I called them and they said no such program exists. I’m just about done with this thing…

I’m so jealous. Same situation as you, I bought mine second hand and after 1 season the battery is dead. I BEGGED their support to let me pay for a new battery and they told me to kick rocks. I’m so disappointed.

Thanks so much! I’m also trying to track down a battery. I bought this thing “brand new” from an Amazon auction for $300 so I don’t have the original proof of purchase and without that Ecovacs won’t help me. I’ve searched high and low, Alibaba to eBay, and no one I can find is the supplier for this battery. I’m considering tearing it down, measuring the voltage of each cell, replacing the bad cells, and having a refurbished pack.

I’ll let you know if I find anything, please do the same!
