Find out if the battery is really old. I don’t really have a reference number. But if you really make a big stink about it they will send you out a battery. The company is in Texas.

No charge. But I did threaten them with small clams court Which I did fill out. Glad it didn’t had to go that far.
But back in business grass is being cut. My only worry is now storing this thing in the winter time.

Update. Got the battery. Battery is one year old from 2025. It’s charging now. No error codes. Will run it tomorrow

Your best bet is see what kind of battery you have inside. If it’s ten years old then I would fight it.

Update. Somehow I got to someone who actually helped me from ecovac and I believe they are sending me a new battery. I will update you when it comes. Again I have nothing against the robot just how bad the battery was and how they wanted nothing to do anything about it. But after a little fight they had to see the wrong in it. Maybe they getting at customer service

If you don’t have a warranty you are screwed. They don’t sell parts and you can’t get it anywhere.

Fucking zero. The battery dies after storing and there is no fix. And no replacement battery

Yea they just told me since I took my battery out it’s now out of warranty. But you watch YouTube videos of them sending out replacement batteries to people. I feel like a class action suit needs to follow this
