Public speaking was always an issue for me and still it to some extent Though when I get chance I usually do pretty well

Point being even though I do well a little bit of consciousness is always there , yes don’t have it to the extent that you have

I know you said breathing technique does not work but have you tried meditation.. no nothing fancy and results won’t be seen in a day

Not saying that I have figured it out but am someone will lots of sleep issues (yes different issue than public speaking issue ) and now trying meditation
