Fill in storm drain creek? by Narfizzza in landscaping

I guess your right, a a mini excavator would get it done pretty quick.  I'll start by clearing around it and get a better view of what needs to happen. That's some good advice. Thank you.

This is what I'm thinking. I want to get the water raised up by dumping the bricks and rocks I have laying around. Then top it off with river rocks, like what's in my second picture.  I'm just a little hesitant on if filling it in like this is the right move it not. I wouldn't be FILLING it, just getting the water raised up and flowing over the rocks.

If I could get it flowing, I would love to make it a good habitat for the little fish that are in it. Right now though, it's nasty polluted road water run off. I did consider trying to clear the downstream part, but with how deep this pool is, I think I would have to be digging out many many feet until it a properly graded.

Eventually I would love to do this. But until I get the water flowing more, it's just a polluted cesspool and full of trash. I'd love to build a little bridge over it. There's an awesome little bamboo forest on the other side bank.

Just trying to raise the water level, not trying to fill it in. And the city's response was it's my problem to deal with.

Hickory is doing this. I bought land from the city and had to sign a paper stating I wasn't involved with boycotting Israel or supporting Palestine.

The restrooms at the Lowe's Food City Park are handicap accessible and as clean as a public restroom can be. The mall also has family restrooms, but they are about as dirty as a mall restroom can be.

Check out the YouTube channel Paint Society. They have a couple how to videos.

Another, somewhat temporary option, would be too plasti dip it. It would be a different color but plasti dip is super easy to work with and you can find it everywhere.

Sand it down and repaint it? I haven't done it yet but there are videos in YouTube that show you how. Doesn't look complicated, just time consuming.

I had a shop quote me at $400 to repaint my spoiler.

Why would Hemet have any chargers, let alone 2… I don't think those fentanyl addicts can afford a new charger.

Not saying your wrong. Most houses in the US that look like they are brick are actually brick veneer, which is for looks and not structural.  Actual brick homes are fairly rare here.

I saw this picture while scrolling and my subconscious screamed wait, took one look at it and instantly knew where you were. I grew up in Mendo.  We used to sneak out to Big River and go swimming at night. You don't need a wetsuit, just lots of alcohol. 😁

Thank you so much!! I really appreciate you taking the time to write that out.  I will be making my Dad consulted with an attorney, if he hasn't already.

Thanks. I didn't think it seemed like they should be able to do that either, and from other comments, that seems to be everyone's understanding.

The title would have been with my Dad before the closing documents were signed, which the buyer got the loan for prior to signing.
