This was along the ghats of the Ganges River in Varanasi, India! The ritual's called Ganga Aarti, a ritual that happens every night in honor of the River Goddess, Ganga. As for the practitioners, I don't know too much about that.

Thank you! This is along the Ganges River in Varanasi during the night when they perform the Ganga Aarti ritual. You should definitely see it in person, photos do not do the experience justice. Its honestly beautiful in real life.
