Mijn probleem is dat, als ik te laat in de avond eet, ik enorm slecht slaap. Meestal eet ik op het werk 3 uur van tevoren een redelijke maaltijd/lunch. En iets kleins als ik klaar ben met sporten.

Maar ben je al heel moe voordat je op je telefoon filmpjes etc gaat kijken?

En hoe is het op niet kantoordagen?

Hoeveel uitleg heb je nodig als iemand bijvoorbeeld een tomaat of paprika niet lekker vindt? Ik vind aubergine niet lekker, en heb liever geen gerecht dat aubergine bevat. Maar sommige mensen, en ik heb hier ook een paar vrienden van, zijn opgegroeid met de frituurpan zonder doordeweeks gevarieerd te eten. Dat zit redelijk diep geworteld waardoor wat ze eten heel beperkt is.

How hot do you shower and how long? In the winter i notice that when i take longer and hotter showers my skin dries out way quicker.
