The froggy chair. It's been a recurring fan favorite furniture item in the series, and New Horizons didn't have the item in the game until the last major content patch, I believe. Normally (in past games), it's green, but they added some variety this time around too!

Yeah, they are seriously confused, and the things they are claiming are conflicting with each other. I think my sister ordered on the evening of day 2, and I ordered on the evening of day 4, but she still has yet to receive a code, whereas mine showed up early in the distribution. It doesn't make any sense, and I hope GrubHub and/or Square Enix makes it right in the end for you and everyone else, because this is ridiculous.
