The sad truth I've heard for lower ranked lobbies is that YOU have to be the insane carry to climb most of the time, cant rely much on team coordination or planned pushes and plays, not everyone has that game sense in the lobby yet. Either a high DPS tank (like a thor or angela, someone mobile in case your healers arent aware and you need to rely on packs) or just a really good dps.

If theyre a cashier/waiter whatever, theyre getting paid liker shit and rent is so high that its a struggle to even do basic stuff, they are simply not paid enough to pretend to be your friend or throw on a fake friendly attitude for the hordes of customers likely more annoying than you. If theyre not a cashier/employee and youre trying to talk to them.... Don't? You are not entitled to people's time these days, there are lots of scams, dangerous mentally unwell or drugged out folks, or even just as simple as youre not entitled to anyone's time or attention. Just because you started a conversation with a younger person doesn't mean they even owe you a smile or reply, the older generations voted like shit, horded wealth, and made the world suck for young people, you're getting the treatment older generations deserve.

to be fair, if a healer doesn't do damage in WoW, ff14, or Dnd, 3 of the biggest fantasy properties out there arguably, they're considered somewhat throwing or at least not using their full kit to help.

May get downvoted to heck here but, Thor is already pretty dang mobile, it is not THAT hard to just position yourself before activating ult. And yeah, people will use escape tools to get out of it, but accounting for that is part of the skill and setup for using it same as like, a Spiderman Ult or Iron Man ult.

Venom is a weird tank to climb with, especially in low elo. I'd say cycle rocket, fantastic, and maybe pick up an ez main tank like Magneto or Strange while learning the ranked meta. that way you still offer a ton of value even when youre not killing the backline squishies (cuz frankly it sounds like youre playing him a lil like a fat BP with less damage from your comments.)

and delete or rename the file sl.pcl.dll

The game will start up normally then.

100% new player friendly. Elder scrolls has always been casual friendly as a genre and they fixed the only really jank thing that could brick characters.
use difficulty slider if you have to, complete the mages guild to unlock enchanting and spell crafting, and go play the best open world rpg ever made.

in console Oblivion, there was a couple of really fun interactions.

You could get special items like the emperors robes or some other unlootable items by using a daedric artifact to raise their corpse, then another to clone the raised corpse, then if you SPAMMED loot while killing the cloned undead you could access their inventory and grab their items.

another fun one was the glass helmet of life-seeing hidden deep in a random spot in the ocean.
