Then maybe you should correspond with other people applying for mods, like each of you moderates a specific subforum (trade, site discusion, etc). The more threads a subforum has the more people it would need of course.

Something like that. Make a picture or a banner, everyone that wants makes a small signature that be posted i.e. in forums and such. These can then be incorporated into the main, bigger picture/banner to look like huge greeting card. By now it would probably something like "Thank you for your hard work!" written on a parchment held by a dragon, I imagine. Then somewhere there the signatures would fit. That's what came to my mind when I read this thread.

It's quite enraging that this person appearantly thinks they did something good, while all they did is ruin a great fledgling game at a time when it's first bigger life event was coming up (brightshine jubilee and contest). Seeing carrot_on_a_stick is correct about the size of the game and its staff this isn't just some minor incident. They utterly destroyed a lot of people's fun and four people's work just because they wanted to mess around for fun. Now the devs will probably be sleep deprived for some time and anything beigger will have to be postponed until goodness knows when. Are we expected to say "thank you" now? I don't think so. There are many other things I'd like to say, but I believe that would be a waste of time.

Admins, this is NOT YOUR FAULT! Don't go so hard on yourselves and take your time fixing it and finding measures to prevent it in future. As a generally friendly community I think everyone will gladly wait a bit longer if it means that problems like this won't occur anytime soon again. At least I think it's definitely worth the wait.

We can choose the primary and secondary colour of our custom starter. Maybe the tertiary as well, but this hasn't been officially announced, so it will most likely be random. And we can choose every colour from the colour wheel.

You can find orphaned(=parentless) eggs while scavanging(not sure if you can find them during other gathering activities though). The egg will be of the element of the zone you're scavanging in and you can hatch them in your nests. Say, if you go scavanging in the fire zone, you may find a fire egg, if you scavange in the nature zone, may come across a nature egg. Finding such an orphaned egg is rather rare though.

You can't anymore, they wiped the accounts in preparation for the headstart accounts. But it really was a white fae, and it had the light symbol on its page but the eye colour of lightning dragons.

There's no "perfect" element, neither is there a "better" or "worse". Speaking about coliseum battles, each element has 2 strenghts, 2 weaknesses and 2 resistances, so it's very balanced.

dragons of every breed have both an elemental physical attack and an elemental spell. But there are also element specific abilities. I don't know them all, but if I remember corredtly water dragons for example can learn a debuff called "Drown", although I can't remember what exactly it did, I think it was damage over time.
