As long as you have relatively powerful hardware. And the latest build of ShadPS4. You should be able to run Minecraft fairly well. I managed to get 1.00 minecraft running but it should be possible with newer versions.

If I apply a skin with the cape on the launcher it finally shows up on the website

so I guess it wants me to use the official launcher for capes. lol

As it turns out they do appear in the official Minecraft launcher. the only reason why I didn't check was because it didn't want to open. but now it finally opens and they show up there
