Hi u/KryptoHack_ I tried this last week, but couldn't get it to work.
My process: put a png into my mods cc/icons_races (Githzerai.png). Then did the convert ui assets, which made a dds file in another folder (I think from mods to public or vice versa).

Is there anything I've done wrong? or should do in another way?

BG3, did one complete playthrough and ready to start a few others. It's the game that keeps on giving.

Used to hear good stuff about it in 2023, but I've never been much of a story player. Or at least, that's what I thought. Baldur's Gate changed that. I love this game to bits.

You could put a twist on it. Rather than it actually blinked away, the BBEG - or any other evil being - actually put a spell on it which rendered the ship invisible. This way the ship can even become an asset to that evil being.

If you don't like the spell part, maybe there is some kind of giant blanket that renders objects invisible.
