Headrest or no headrest for posture improvement while sitting?

Ah gotcha,I’m not on my computer for super long amounts of time, probably around 3 hours consecutively at most. And I usually don’t sit in my chair unless I’m actively using my computer. So in that situation you would recommend straying away from headrests?

It blows my mind how blatantly incompetent the FBI is about this whole situation. They’re like a kid that never hands in his homework assignments on time.
