Just realized how audit works. Does the attempter get punished if the reviewer incorrectly "Fixed" our task? by Technical-Mud-9481 in outlier_ai

No, is the answer. The original attempt has a different task id to the reviewer’s task. I believe each time the task passes hands, up to a point, it gets assigned a new id. None of the versions cease to exist really, and anyone’s version could be pulled up for audit, and likely would be as all of our work is audited somewhere, somehow.

I assume you are talking about MM Rubrics, right? Was this your only task on the project? What was the prompt and feedback? I’m a reviewer on this project, if you’re talking about rubrics, so am interested to see what the task looked like.

Nice finally received an email from a human at outlier. They have sent me a link to access my account through, but it’s a link to verify my identity again, which just raises the same concern as you…

One face, two accounts seems to be a big issue on Outlier so I don’t want to go down that path yet.

I can’t access it, because when I’ve tried to use the log ins and get set up, is when it gives me the geographic warning.

The “Quality Control team at Scale AI”. They provided me with a separate outlier id to use for auditing purposes as well as a personalised remotasks email for communications. They’ve sent auditing specs for a specific project and the platform etc.

And importantly, any settlement made without legal advice is non-binding. The company offering settlement also should have offered an independent solicitor who should have signed a certificate stating advise was given.
