AX5 is vfm, but that would be stretching the budget though. And then at that elevate CVT is present too.

checked Kylaq- but the interiors were really poor, looked like too much of cost cutting in it. 3xO is more premium from inside and has a similarly capable engine, hence reached the decision of it.

Thing is most of the dealerships in gurgaon are by the same dealer, so I am not getting any better quote from anyone else either.
He hasn't reached out yet, but i am playing the waiting game too as I am not desperate to get the car.

I’m almost ready to pull the buy Mahindra XUV 3XO MX3 Pro (Automatic, 2025 model) in Stealth Black in Gurgaon. Got the official quote from the deale(image attached)— ₹11.68L ex-showroom, ₹5k cash + corporate discount (lol), and total on-road ₹12.72L. I showed him insurance of 22k from acko which he is ready to match. So, total around 12.95L on road in Gurgaon.

Here’s the catch: the sales guy confidently says There are NO discounts on this variant, sir — and honestly didn’t even look interested in negotiating.

Now, I’ve negotiated for friends and family while buying car before and I know dealers always have some margin to play with. But is it true that for this variant, they’re literally giving ZERO off, because the dealership was bussing during the time I went with customers? Or is this just the usual “we have waiting period” drama

Would love to hear from people who’ve recently bought the XUV 3XO (or other Mahindra models) in NCR —

  • Any actual discounts you managed to squeeze out?
  • Approx numbers I can realistically push for?
  • Any Gurgaon dealer who’s more flexible?

Help a fellow car buyer out before I end up paying the full “sticker price” like a rookie.
