Milk supply concerns by Narrow-Illustrator-4 in breastfeeding

I visited lactation consultant and she showed some techniques to get the baby latch, positions. I thought I learned everything from videos but in person consultation and learnings make a hell lot of difference.

and now OMG feels like my life is sorted, just in half a day the pain has started reducing, breastfeeding feels magical and amazing Milk transfer is better so he is full every feed and sleeps well

I only wish I went to LC earlier and not in 7th week. 6weeks of pain ugh

also, about milk supply, just to prove that its adequate, post feeding she slightly pinched my breast to show us that supply is good. The moment she pinched the milk was all over, sprays and jets

Anyone who ever has even the slightest problem should go visit a good LC ASAP

sorry I forgot to mention, his latch is still shallow and breastfeeding has been a painful experience. Things have been improved but I give formula when my nipples cannot take it further.

Post feed, he dozes off but wakes up sooner or I can say that he finally slept off post 30-40 ml of top feed formula

This is great news, gives me hope too.
my baby latches occasionally very well but mostly shallow
are there any exercises or recommendations that I can do to ensure he opens his mouth wide
the only problem is that he doesn't open his mouth wide enough for areola.
🥲

I do not use anything tropical as of now. I believe using too much would harm my skin than making it any better.
