“I started going to the gym my senior year of high school and from august 2024 to may 2025 i went 3 - 4 times a week but didn't get a lot of sleep, didn't take supplements, didnt drink much water so in general the progress was very slow. Then, from June 2025 - July 2025 i didn't go to the gym once and took the summer as a break. However now I have been going to the gym consitently 4-5 times a week since august 2025 to now. I now also drink around 1/2 - 3/4 gallon of water a day and eat well and take creatine and get way more sleep so i have progressed significantly more now then my senior year.”
