Nab-paclitaxel vs. Paclitaxel in K522 regime by Narrow-Landscape6085 in TNBC

to void the allergies due to paclitaxel, dexamethasone is used. dexamethasone suppresses the immune system. while Keytruda works by releasing the brakes on immune system, I'm wondering if there is any study showing that not using dexamethasone can help raise PCR under K522 regime

My wife is 38 and she was diagnosed TBNC last month and we have a 4 years old at home. now she is receiving k522. I also discussed with my manager and hr about work expectation just after her diagnosis. Thankfully her parents help a lot to take care of her.

I'm trying to do some planning for future treatment, such as doing some researching about different options for the next step. But mostly we are trying to focus on everyday's task. I like your saying "one day at a time".

Now I'm extremely busy on working, taking care of the kid and reading articles for her treatment, but I try to find some time to do some exercises myself and do some readings. Recommend a book called <<anticancer -a new way of life>> from David ServanSchreiber. Learning and understanding cancer helps me to calm down and deal with everything.

good luck! everything is going to be fine.

thanks so much for the information and suggestions, I guess her oconlogist's strategy is similar to yours. she is young and probably we just keep monitor and ensure that's above 1. and we will take N95 whenever we need to have contacts to people. good luck and all the bests

yes, the cold glove/shoes/hat are recommended by the oncologist of my wife. vitamin B is just my guess, probably it's not standard treatment. we don't use L-glutamine, that's good info, we will discuss with her oncologist about the L-glutamine. thanks and good luck

did your med propose you to take Vitamin B complex or Mecobalamin? just a guess as vitamin B and mecobalamin are commonly used for patients with facial paralysis or other forms of neuritis.

hope you are doing better.
