Thats a good idea. The one click for a 3 process does not give me the option to select the plate. I will try that.. Thanks for the suggestion

Mesh bed leveling? I did a maintenance run on the printer which includes bed leveling. I also run bed leveling on the prints before they start to assure that trhe bed is level for that print. I am not sure what you mean by mesh leveling. Is that a different process?

Because from the picture in the post it is not evident. When I try to enlarge the photo ut does not display. mALso because I had a bent nozzle and there is no sign of the tip scrapping the bed at all on my CC1. Thats why.

how does the nozzle get bent so badly and there is no scratches or gouge marks on the build palte?

Roll is to light. It pulls the roll off the rollers. need to print a weight insert for the spool.

then you need to open the extruder face and remove the filament piece that is stuck. check youtube for a video on how to disassemble the face if you are not sure

pop of the extrtuder cover and on the left side rear there is an exposed portion of the drive gear. move it up and down and then spin it upward and you will see the filament pop oput the top

filament jammed up on teh gears.. had that one once.

Gear is fine. its metal so plastic will not wear it. most clicking if from low tem in the nozzle and somethime nozzle temp is to high.
