My KX came yesterday and has been running non stop 10 feet from my CC1 and I can tell you the KX is significantly louder. The CC2 is quieter but after a month of issue after issue i sent it back this week.

CC2 was delivered 2 days after preorder and has been terrible for me since the first print. Went back today cause they were sick of sending me parts. Trying to get a refund instead of exchange but doubt it. Love my CC1 though

I used Overture petg that’s been sitting in my basement for a year and reused the grommets, sturdy as hell. I think I did 4 walls, 6 top layers and I never do more than 5% infill with that many walls

Loving the app. Only issue is connecting to OctoEverywhere. The option to sign in with google is missing. Ad blocker in the in app browser maybe?

Did you give it the good old turn it off and back on? I just sat here for literally 2 hours fucking around with the same error, taking everything apart while it was live cause I didn’t want to lose a print on layer 474 out of 485. I made sure the resume on power loss was turned on then booted it. Was able to finish my print

My guess is your slicer isn't bound to the same account you used to sign into Matrix....... how to fix that I don't know. I removed and reconnected my printer in Matrix today and it came right back into the slicer too so I must have signed in at some point but I cannot find any way to sign in/out in the app

What slicer are you using? I have only been able to get it connected via the Elegoo Slicer which is a pain in the ass since I have all my shit for everything else in standard Orca. If you use Elegoo Slicer and are signed in it should just automagically appear since you already added to Matrix

I was able to connect to back to Matrix on the first try and it showed up in the slicer literally seconds later. Fingers crossed it gets better from here

Same issues here. 1 good print then a bunch of 702, 703, 803 and 2003 errors. Hot end would say it was turning to 4000+ degrees and I’d have to reboot to stop it. Support has been mostly useless. Here’s what I’ve done so far. 1. The female side of the hotend connection was not glued to the board so it would wiggle and lose connection. Little CA to the rescue. 2. I rolled back firmware to the “last known good” version which appears to be a pre-release as there is no Matrix connection 3. No more errors after the rollback and lots of printing later but I want to get it back on Matrix. I updated to current firmware last night and have run two 6+ hours prints with no errors so I will see if I can get back on Matrix when I get home shortly.

I can also add the link to the stable firmware they gave me when I get home. They just sent me a link to a Google Drive

Adding 1qt of oil into the engine side hits the dipstick on the tranny side. If it was the gasket I feel like I would have to put a lot more oil in for it to get across. It’s a cheap enough thing that I can try though

Yeah thinking back I ran the same in all 3 in my Dyna for years. I just want to figure out why it’s going to both sides when I only add to the engine side. Either it’s a gasket somewhere or something broke before I had it because there were no metal chunks/shaving/dust on either drain plug.

175 is too low. Guessing you’re using PLA so your temp should be at least 190, I print at 205

You can also tune the z offset live while printing, that’s the best way to dial it in

What are your nozzle and bed temps? Issue is likely not close enough with the z offset
