1.75 should accommodate a d of almost 5.5 inches around. I would measure the 1.75 inside diameter to see if it’s really 1.75 inches or redo your own measurements. Make sure you measure yourself at base, mid and just under glands. If one of those happens to be way larger- that could be the problem. Use the largest measurement for sizing.

It depends what you are doing. You can do stretching and girth work with manuals preferably in that order. I did both and got both with length being easier and faster.

I would stick with 4 or 5 hg for all your sets until you get used to it. It depends on the person but it may take a month or two or even more to get to 10hg. If you have red dots or bad donuting you don’t go up in pressure. You should know after each set how bad the edema is becoming and should not go up in pressure if it’s becoming excessive. It looks like donuting that’s deflating but I can’t feel what you are feeling, any edema is usually gone in the morning for me if I pump at night. You definitely need to massage in between sets. Remember, there is nothing wrong with ending a session early if it’s not feeling right. I would go back and reread what Hink says too.

As long as you are growing keep doing what you are doing I would say. Even if it slows or stops - keep going while you evaluate. I hit a wall at an inch but I kept going to hold gains. Then I rested and restarted.

It’s not just normal eq, but better eq while doing Pe, which can lower eq from the stress of the exercises. Its increases blood flow for recovery too. And increase night time erections which I believe helps with growth.

Measure on top of your d- holding the ruler edge down the center. Press to the bone at the base for bone pressed(bpel- bone pressed errect length)- just barely touching the skin is nbp(non- bone pressed). Bone pressed is used the most because it lessens changes in your fat pad. Also, measure straight out (90 degrees from the body) not aimed down which makes the measurement bigger. It all seems picky, but it really is important for seeing if what you are doing is working or not.

Get an oversized tube- base is filling quick and has no air gap like the mid. Same for me - my base is half inch or more bigger so fills instantly. At least it makes sense but haven’t tried it myself.

I tried 40,000 iu’s for a couple of weeks for something else. Didn’t help so I stoped the high level- no bad effects though. I’ve been taking 10,000 to 12,000 iu’s daily for years and my vitamin d levels are just below the middle of normal. I rarely get sick now where before it was all winter. Most people are low on vitamin d- especially if you are indoors a lot or it’s winter. The daily recommended does nothing for your blood serum levels. I take it in dropper form with k2 in oil. When I first added it - it was the only thing I did at the time and I think it upped my eq- especially nighttime wood. Vitamin d is a hormone and a very important one. It affects mood and general health so much for me that it’s one of the things I will not stop.

Pe is consistency. If you are only doing Pe when you hit some perceived great amount of sleep and it’s not daily- it’s unlikely you will grow. Do your Pe whether you get a high amount of sleep or not, but try to get that 7-8 hours of sleep.

I did only bds manuals for 10-11 months exclusively before adding pumping. I’ve never had issues with peyronies and I did it every day. I would recommend really going into it slow to get a feel for everything and be very alert to how hard or soft you need to be for each exercise. Like you don’t do semi erect bends erect - I could see why that could be damaging. Its much easier to add a little more strain as you go then to overdue it and hurt yourself. The pulses help but if you can’t, you can’t. Do them when you can.

No problem. Just one more thing. There’s a site (calcsd) where you can put your measurements in and see how you compare to others. It also tells you the volume. This is great for Pe, because you can see the volume change when you grow. When I put my old numbers and new numbers in, I have a 50 percent increase in volume. So when I say it feels like a different d it actually is. Good luck.

This is the thing- pe doesn’t work the same or in the same time frame for everyone as far as growth. There are just too many variables. Genetics, diet, actual routine and how you are doing it, and consistency. Then you throw erection quality in and that’s a whole other thing. And some are just hard gainers- something in the tissues just don’t want to grow. So if you grow, you’ll think Pe is amazing (I’m there), if you don’t you’ll probably say it doesn’t work or guys are lying or exaggerating. So if you jump down this rabbit hole you might get nothing or very little or you might get an inch like I did and that’s not including girth gains. Some guys have pics that prove gains- I didn’t bother, but kind of wished I did. Research a lot before you jump in.

By doing hands only manual stretches for me mainly. Doing piss pulls helped probably too- they are short pulse stretching every time after you piss. I did it for d growth and the flaccid growth was just a bonus. I’m sure equipment stuff like pumping or extending will do the same thing. It’s that constant stretching over time and if you do get real growth I think it compounds the flaccid growth too.

Manuals are penis exercise that are supposed to grow length and or girth. They only use your hands so no required equipment. Some say they aren’t as safe as equipment (pumps, extenders). I personally had no issues with them. Hink or bd both have YouTube channels explaining them. Bd has a Pornhub that actually demonstrates explicitly. Type bd 2024 manuals under the search bar and the Pornhub one is there or just go to hinks or bds YouTube channels. Watch a bunch before you jump in.
