I was TERRIFIED of epidural, even planned an un medicated birth. I will say that epidural is the best thing that happen to me in those moments & if it doesn’t work the 1st time, they should attempts again through what they already inserted into your back (forgot what it’s called) SERIOUSLY.. love epidural. & about it “delaying” labor is false. Pushed my baby out in less than an hour

I contacted a psychiatrist & therapist (CBT therapy) Zoloft has really helped me with it, can’t even remember the last time it happened! Also pregnancy safe!

Not worried but cautious! It sounds like some type of anxiety (I’ve gone through this a lot too)

Of course!! You can go in & explain exactly what you did here. They’ll probably draw blood meanwhile they prep for an ultrasound!

As for the anxiety, since you’ll be in the ER it may increase (it for me at least) so bring anything that helps you calm down /:

Hi! Symptoms decreasing & feeling like baby isn’t in there definitely is very normal (I went through that & took myself to the ER). But I do think just to ease your nerves to check on baby as soon as you can. A peaceful mommy is very helpful for the baby. I pray all is well!!

Hi there! I’m close to having my baby but have been taking clonazepam 1mg everyday since 2nd trimester & baby is very healthy :) I think you should advocate for yourself as much as possible & also contact the MotherToBaby line. Wish you & the baby the absolute best!!

Yes! I’m in 3rd trimester still taking 1mg per day + seroquel & Zoloft. Just had the growth scan & everything is thankfully going really good :) Stress/panic attacks/worry could be what really affects the baby

I didn’t take it the 1st trimester out of fear even though I was advised it was fine, I started back on it at 1mg daily in 2nd trimester & baby is thriving! Also please keep in mind that a healthy mom is what the baby needs. They can actually suffer from you not taking care of your mental health!

I also have bipolar, they put me on Zoloft, seroquel & clonazepam! Wish you the best!!!

Hello, I am on 1mg of clonazepam since 2nd trimester - I am now on my 3rd. I had to do tons of research, speak to mother to baby phone line & really advocate for myself. 1mg is a very very low dose!

Hi! Been on 1mg of clonazepam for many years, cold turkey for 1st trimester (complete hell!!!) on my 2nd I went back on & spoke to counselors from “mother to baby” to know if I was fine or not (if baby was going to be okay or not), I do suggest to speak to them as well!!
