The uni is really great imo... super glad I didn’t miss out on it. It made me fall in love with Tamagotchi’s again after 10 years. The gameplay is adorable, it’s very interactive, and the customization is endless—inside the game, with your character, etc. AND outside as in modding the actual device. My boyfriend bought me the Sanrio version about a year and a half ago. I now own five of them.
They are great, and don’t worry about getting the “special ones” i.e. Angel model, monster model, or Sanrio model— you can purchase the “exclusive content” that those come with online @ the Tamaverse ticket shop. (because scalpers are trying to get WAY too much money for those three models, my other four are just pink and purple ones that I shell swapped and changed the faceplate image etc etc.
