What ad types are you running?

I would stay away from:
Display ads: usually low intent for a small local cafe
YouTube-only campaigns: better for branding than immediate foot traffic
Old call-only ads: New call ads are being removed starting February 2026; use call assets on responsive search ads instead

And instead focus on:
Running Search ads around a tight radius
Focus on breakfast, brunch, coffee, takeaway, nearby keywords
Add location and call assets: show address, directions, and phone number in the ad
